Aunt Mel's Wedding

Addison, Daddy, and I were in my sister's wedding. Addison was the flower girl. Here are a few pictures of the festivities! I will put more pictures of the sweet flower girl on when I get them.

Happy Birthday!!!

I know it has been over a month and I'll be shocked if anyone will ever look at this blog again! But keep in mind that I am working and in graduate school. Therefore, I'm just a little busy. Anyway, here are some recent photos of Addi Layne! She will be 2 in 10 days!!!!! The first picture is of Addison talking on her cell phone in a car that was my dad's when he was a young boy! All the grandchildren have played in it, and now it's time for the great grandchildren! Then she is posing with her Minnie Mouse doll. She loves Minnie, Mickey, and all the gang! Finally, we are both smiling for the camera to show off the wonderful job Addison did while playing with stickers.

I forgot to put these pictures in yesterday. When Daddy was feeding Addison dinner the other night, she was so exhausted she fell asleep in her highchair. I love the picture with Abbi staring at her. Notice the picture with the words "Give Thanks" in the background. Some days we just have to "Give Thanks" for quiet time!!!

Catch Up Day for Mommy!!!

Here are a few pictures from the past few weeks. Addison and her cousin were having the best time the other day. They were looking through the fish tank and laughing at each other. The next picture is Addison shoving french fries in her mouth. I guess I need to feed her more!!! The next picture is Addison eating her blueberry pancakes- we have these every Saturday morning. The final two pictures are Addison's house that Nanna and Pop gave her as an early birthday present. Pop came over and built it and Addison has loved it ever since.

Shopping

Andrea and I took the girls shopping last week and only had one stroller. So we decided that they could share! It was so cute watching them in the stroller together. Delayna just chilled in the back while Addison sat up looking at everything. The second picture is of the girls watching a movie at Gymboree. We had a fun day!

Addison's cousin spent the night the other day and they had so much fun! Here they are eating dinner at Addison's little table.




If any of you were at my wedding, you would have heard Pastor Gary talking about the way I use to dress as a young child. Well, apparently Addison has inherited that wonderful trait from me. Here she is wearing a frog costume and her pink shoes. She put the shoes on all by herself. She's a mess!!!

Summer Fun

We have had such a good summer! Addison has really enjoyed Mommy being home with her for almost 2 months. Here are some recent pictures of what she enjoyed this week.
